In two months, the appeal gained about 4.5 thousand views. It is not known whether Vladimir Putin saw him, but the recording was definitely looked at by employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Nina Krivoshchekova told Kommersant that on the very first day after the publication, employees of the E center came to her.
In relation to her, a protocol was drawn up under Art. 20.2 part 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (organization of mass simultaneous stay of citizens in public places that entailed a violation of public order). So they consider me the organizer, they believe that I should be removed as soon as possible so that I do not interfere with their work, ”concluded Nina Krivoshchekova. According to her, a lawyer from Moscow took over the case for free, but the court still fined her 10,000 rubles.
“We are right, our rights are being violated. The administration of Votkinsk refused to comment on the current situation and the appeal of the ONF to Kommersant-Udmurtia. However, on the page of Nina Krivoshchekova on VKontakte on April 4, it was published video from the meeting of the head of Votkinsk Alexei Zametaev with local residents, which took place after the publication of the video message.
The mayor said that this year “not a piece of the road” will not be, since all the competitive procedures were carried out last year. However, he assured the citizens that the pipeline and the new road on Sovkhoznaya Street would be built next year.
“No money to do it all at once. First of all, roads to social facilities, roads with high traffic, are being repaired, then the rest. I cannot withdraw money, for example, from the repair of a school, and send it to the roads,” Mr. Zametaev said.
He added that about 150–180 million rubles are spent annually on road repairs in Votkinsk. “Yes, this is catastrophically small, but not always the federal authorities can help. However, we still take federal money, participate in grants and competitions,” Alexei Zametaev said at a meeting with residents.
