The Angara A-5 launch vehicle failed to take off from the Vostochny Cosmodrome on the second attempt. The start on Wednesday was already a reserve one, scheduled, as before, at 12.00 Moscow time. However, within 3-4 minutes the launch was canceled.
According to the head of Roscosmos, Yuri Borisov, who commented on the failure of the launch on Tuesday, then the failure occurred due to a “failure of the pressurization system of the oxidizer tank of the central unit.”
