An athlete from the Moscow region set a new world record for holding weights

A strongman nicknamed the Russian Hulk has set another world record for holding weights. The athlete’s achievement was recorded on December 8 at the Triumph Sports Palace in Lyubertsy.
World record holder in extreme power Sergei Agadzhanyan set a new achievement. The Russian held a barbell weighing 210 kilograms in the Smith machine for almost a minute, while inflating two medical heating pads until they burst.
Sergei dedicated the unofficial record to the Day of Heroes of the Fatherland, which is celebrated annually on December 9.
