Residents of Penza can take part in passing the standards of the All-Russian physical culture and sports complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” in cross-country skiing. Applications will be accepted from December 12th.
Everyone will be able to test their sports skills in one-, two-, three- and five-kilometer distances, as well as in hiking and cross-country.
In order to participate, residents of Penza need to register on the website of the All-Russian Sports Society of the Russian Federation, obtain a medical permit and submit an application to participate in the Testing Center. It is important to have sports equipment with you.
The standards can be taken at the Olympic Alley every Thursday from 14:00 to 16:00.
