In St. Petersburg, the Primorsky Court imposed a fine of 40,000 rubles on journalist Alexander Nevzorov (recognized as a foreign agent in Russia). The reason is the publication in his telegram channel of materials without marking a foreign agent.
In the joint press service of the city courts, reporting on the consideration of this case, they noted that it was an administrative offense under Part 4 of Art. 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia (violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent).
Roskomnadzor presented materials from which it follows that on March 22 this year. at 11:14 a.m. on the nevzorovtv telegram channel, the journalist distributed material, but it did not contain the required marking that this information was distributed by him as a foreign agent or related to his activities as such.
