Actress Natalya Fateeva lost a large sum of money because of Ukraine

The star understands that the accumulated funds will never be returned to her

At the end of December, the famous Soviet actress Natalya Fateeva will turn 89 years old. However, the celebrity does not meet the holiday in a very joyful mood. The actress admits: due to serious health problems, she almost never leaves the house. Fateeva is not happy with her financial situation either. The actress admitted that due to the actions of the Ukrainian authorities she lost a large sum of money. The star first shared the details of what happened with MK correspondents.

Natalya Fateeva was born in Ukraine. She spent her childhood in Kharkov. There she took her first steps in her career: she studied at the theater institute and worked as an announcer at a local television studio. After Fateeva became an all-Union star, the local authorities supported her in every possible way.

“I am an honorary citizen of Kharkov,” Fateeva explains. – I had a grand – every month a certain amount of money for the title came to the card. I almost never took them off. Because you had to pay two percent on every amount you decided to withdraw.

The artist saved Ukrainian money on a card and lived on other means. Fateeva had enough funds. In addition to the usual pension of 35 thousand rubles, the artist receives a Moscow bonus for the title of People’s Artist of the RSFSR, as well as a salary in the theater, where she is still registered.

“I can’t say how much money has accumulated on the Ukrainian card over all these years,” continues Natalya Fateeva. – Because I don’t know myself. But one thing is for sure – very decent. I received a grant for a long time, and if I did withdraw, it was small amounts and extremely rarely. I should have withdrawn all the money from the Ukrainian card and put it in a regular book. If I took them, everything would be fine. But I’m not good with money matters. Nobody told me because I didn’t talk to anyone about this topic.

At the height of the conflict, her account was blocked by the Ukrainian authorities. Now the actress cannot use the funds that were stored there.

“This money will never come back,” Natalya Nikolaevna sighs. “But there’s nothing you can do: it’s already happened.”

Let us remind you that not so long ago the actress told how she lives. Fateeva stated that she spends more than twenty thousand rubles a month on medicines alone. According to the star, without bonuses for her title and salary in the theater, it would be extremely difficult for her to exist.
