A stage of the winter GTO Festival will be held in the Tula region

In the Tula region, on the first Saturday of March, the regional stage of the winter Festival of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” will take place.
The competition in Kireevsk will be the ninth in a row and the first time organized in this city. Fans of physical education and sports from twenty-four municipalities will compete for the badges. Three hundred and fifty people are expected to attend.
“Participants will determine the strongest in winter triathlon: a flexibility test, lifting the body from a prone position in one minute, a ski race of one, two, three and five kilometers,” the Tula Ministry of Sports reported.
Before Kireevsk, such events were hosted by Tula and the city of chemists Novomoskovsk. Last year, the victory remained with the Efremovites.
