A Russian political scientist suggested the purpose for which Zaluzhny was bugged

Political scientist Dmitry Zhuravlev expressed two versions regarding the wiretapping of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny. According to Zhuravlev, it could have been installed by both the Ukrainian and Russian sides.
It would be “reasonable for Russia to know what the enemy command wants,” Zhuravlev said. At the same time, he stated that it was more likely that the Ukrainian special services wiretapped Zaluzhny in order to “correct his actions in a timely manner or frame him, blackmail him.”
“It could turn out to be all at once: a Western or Ukrainian force is listening to Zaluzhny, and a Russian intelligence officer is working in these forces,” the political scientist said, saying that history knows of such cases.
