Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Anna Kuznetsova claims that “the Kiev regime is a catalyst for child crime” in Russia and European countries. According to her, the Ukrainian authorities influence children through video games, so it is necessary to work out a set of measures to protect children from these threats.

Ms. Kuznetsova raised this topic at a meeting of the parliamentary commission to investigate “crimes of the Kyiv regime against children.” She believes that children may develop a negative image of Russia because of video games. She did not give examples of games.

According to the Vice Speaker of the State Duma, some game developer studios are transferring money to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). According to her, children and participants in online games do not know where the funds they send as donations go to. Anna Kuznetsova called for “forming your content, setting priorities that correspond to the national interests of the country.”

“I propose to send an appeal to Roskomnadzor, Rospotrebnadzor with a proposal to work out a set of measures to protect against threats posed by the Kyiv regime in video games,” said the vice speaker (quoted from RIA Novosti). She also proposed asking the Ministry of Education to provide a set of measures or strengthen them to protect schoolchildren from involvement in destructive activities on the part of Ukraine.

About the work of the commission – in the material “Kommersant” “Deputies raised a childish issue”.
