An unemployed resident of Krasnogorsk, intoxicated twice with an interval of five days, painted the flag of Ukraine on the wall of a house on the Volokolamsk highway, and then denounced himself to the police. He was brought to administrative responsibility for discrimination against the army.
“The man said that last Thursday he painted inscriptions on the building discrediting the Russian armed forces. At the same time, he was in a state of intoxication. Moreover, five days later he repeated his trick, painting the same building with defamatory inscriptions, ”said “RIA News” law enforcement source.
According to the Telegram channel “Caution, Moscow”, the offender turned out to be 29-year-old Pavel Protasov. In addition to the Ukrainian flag, the project notes, it applied the inscription “no *****”.
The man admitted his guilt and repented. A protocol was drawn up against him under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3 (“Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation”) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
