Robotic production for the production of residential modules in the Marushkinskoye settlement will appear as part of the MaIP. At the moment, the investor has completed construction of the second phase of the facility by 90%.
“In the settlement of Marushkinskoye, as part of the implementation of the MaIP, the investor is building the second stage of the plant of the MonArch group of companies. Construction and installation work has already been completed by 90%,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
He clarified that after the commissioning of the new building, more than two thousand new jobs will appear at the enterprise. And the plant’s capacity will allow the production of 500 thousand square meters of modules per year. According to plans, production will begin full-fledged operation in the third quarter of this year.
At the moment, the first stage of the enterprise is already operational. It is located on a neighboring plot, which was also provided to the developer as part of the MaIP. Production capacity allows us to produce up to 100 thousand square meters of products per year. Ultra-large finished modules are assembled at the plant. These are apartments with finishing, electrical wiring and water supply. The size of the products reaches 6.5 by 15.5 meters.
For the construction of the first and second stages of production, the city provided the investor with 24.8 hectares of land in the Marushkinskoye settlement. Last year, in the same settlement, the investor was allocated another plot for the construction of an enterprise for the production of facade systems and double-glazed windows for modules.
