A pen for 100 thousand: items related to Ekaterina Mizulina were put up for sale in Yekaterinburg

Ekaterina Mizulina’s three-day tour of Yekaterinburg has ended. During this time, the head of the Safe Internet League talked with students from School No. 1, forced an UrFU student to apologize, painted over more than 20 graffiti advertising drug stores, and attended a Shaman concert.

She also gave out autographs, which enterprising Yekaterinburg residents immediately put up for sale.

On online platforms for posting free advertisements you can find several dozen offers for the sale of autographs by Ekaterina Mizulina. All signatures were made as if they were carbon copies – on a black and white photograph of the official.

The most recent autographs are from Yekaterinburg.

A student from school No. 1, whom Mizulina recently visited, valued the autograph at 5,000 rubles.

– On February 5, Ekaterina came to us. Everyone who took a photo with her received her photo, then she signed it herself,” says the author of the lot. – I already have the same autograph on my phone case, I don’t need a second one, so I decided to sell it.

The schoolgirl shared her impressions of the meeting: “We didn’t talk about politics, she was asked questions about education. She was dissatisfied with the fact that there were very small scholarships at the institutes, and that at first calculators were allowed for the OGE in mathematics, and then in the middle of the year they were banned again. Overall, she seemed like a sympathetic person, ready to help, a kind and strong woman.”

According to the teenager, there have been no people willing to buy an autograph yet: “Three people wrote to me, but no one bought it. They didn’t explain why.”

Some schoolchildren who attended the meeting with Mizulina have cooperated and are selling autographs in bulk. So nine postcards with signatures were put up for sale at once, for 500 rubles each. The ad contains the note: “Recently made.”

Yekaterinburg residents valued Mizulina’s most expensive autograph at 6,000 rubles: “The autograph with a quar code is in perfect condition.”

In addition to autographs, you can purchase an ordinary ballpoint pen via the Internet, which Mizulina used in the capital of the Urals. It was valued at 100 thousand rubles. “The working pen that Ekaterina Mikhailovna used to sign her name,” the ad states. As proof, a photograph is presented where Mizulina signs an autograph with this pen.

The signatures of the head of the Safe Internet League are sold not only in Yekaterinburg.

A young man from Crimea is ready to part with a memorable gift for 3,000 rubles: “I was in Artek at a meeting with Ekaterina. At the entrance, small portraits of her were handed out, which she personally signed.”

For 1,000 rubles, a guy from Volgograd is trying to get an official’s signature: “Mizulina gave me this autograph and several other T-shirts when she came to Volgograd in October about the construction of skateparks. Skaters recorded a video message to Catherine, complaining that the city lacks infrastructure for the development of extreme sports. Mizulina came to help develop the industry. Construction hasn’t started yet, but it’s in the process. The meeting took place in the Volgograd Public Chamber. I remember at the entrance there was already a stack of prepared photographs with autographs. There were just as many people wanting an autograph as there were people wanting to take a photo with her. T-shirts were also distributed. I was the only one who took more than one, but it happened by accident. Buyers call and are interested, but are in no hurry to purchase.”

The official’s autograph is being sold by a young man from Moscow for 1,000 rubles: “Received in February 2023 at VDNH. I saw Mizulina by accident. Came up. Not everyone was given autographs. But I have three. I’m ready to bargain, but not much.”

A student from St. Petersburg is also not averse to making money from an official. For an autograph he asks for as much as 15 thousand rubles: “The signature is real, you can check it for authenticity anywhere. Mizulina came to the university and I managed to get her to sign.”

Another autograph is being sold by a student at a capital university: “Official autograph from Mizulina’s meeting at MGIMO on 20/26/2023.”

But one woman admitted that she found Mizulina’s autographed photo on the street and put it up for 4,000 rubles: “My daughter picked it up and said it was a famous deputy.”

T-shirts donated by Mizulina were also auctioned. They are sold for 4,000 rubles. “I won it in a competition that Mizulina held in the telegram channel. I don’t need it, I’ve never worn it, but there are no buyers either.”
