The Moscow company “Banking and Financial Systems”, which creates ATMs, last year received the status of a resident of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ. The new status gives it tax benefits, with the help of which the manufacturer saves money and can invest it in development and increasing production volumes.
“In 2023, the company localized production facilities in the Rudnevo industrial park and began producing ATMs. The devices are equipped with the enterprise’s own software,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. He added that the company plans to increase production volumes by 2.5 times by the end of 2025. It will create more than 12 thousand products per year. Already this year, the company will begin exporting its products, and negotiations are underway on their supplies to the countries of the Middle East. The company has entered into contracts with Russian banks. This is an important step towards import substitution in the industry. Resident ATMs are equipped with modern technologies: protection against fraudsters, a multimedia system. At the moment, the degree of localization of production exceeds 80%.
According to the company’s general director Artem Zhilonov, the company is working on creating new devices. There are plans to develop the production of self-service devices for transport and urban infrastructures.
