A judoka from Stavropol claims a place in the Russian team

Stavropol resident Emil Radzhabkhanov successfully performed at the Russian Judo Championship among athletes under 18 years old in Barnaul, the press service of the city administration reported.

11 judokas from the region took part in the competition. Emil Radzhabkhanov won the fight with Tamerlan Nibo from the Krasnodar Territory and received bronze.

Thanks to this result, Emil should be included in the main roster of the Russian youth team. The athlete is trained by Yuri Grigoryan.

It was previously reported that athletes from Kabardino-Balkaria brought medals from the World Grappling Championships.
