A court in Moscow sent the ex-owner of Yugra Bank to pre-trial detention center

The Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow sent businessman, ex-owner of Yugra Bank Alexey Khotin, who is accused of grand theft, to pre-trial detention.
“The preventive measure against Khotin has been changed to detention,” the court said.
It is clarified that the court decision was made on October 11, Khotin’s defense has already appealed it.
At the end of spring, the Zamoskvoretsky court of the capital decided to collect more than 192 billion rubles of debt in favor of the state budget of the Russian Federation from the owner of the bankrupt Ugra bank Alexey Khotin, businessman and developer Alexander Klyachin, as well as from the oil organization Rus-Oil.
