A criminal case was opened against teenagers from the Altai Territory for the rehabilitation of Nazism after they made a snow phallus on the walk of glory of those killed in the Great Patriotic War. The Baza Telegram channel reports this.
According to him, the incident occurred on an alley in the village of Staroaleiskoye on February 10. The illegal actions were committed by a 16-year-old tenth grader and a 14-year-old eighth grader.
The teenagers took several photos of the snow sculpture and sent them to different chats, and then deleted the messages. However, it was already too late.
The police detained the schoolchildren and drew up administrative reports against the parents of the minors. As the channel writes, on February 13, a case was opened in the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee in the Altai Territory under Part 4 of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (rehabilitation of Nazism). The maximum term is up to five years in prison.
