In the Saratov region, 17 schools and one kindergarten were closed for quarantine due to influenza and ARVI, the press service of the regional Ministry of Education reported today, September 19.
Pupils of schools in Saratov, Dukhovnitsky, Ekaterinovsky, Ivanteevsky, Kalininsky, Pugachevsky, Fedorovsky, Engelssky districts, as well as in the village of Mikhailovsky, switched to distance learning. One of the kindergartens in the Samoilovsky district is not yet accepting children.
Four groups in three kindergartens in Saratov, ZATO Svetly and Petrovsky district, 344 classes in 83 schools in 19 municipalities of the region were not completely closed.
