Zhirinovsky street will appear in Moscow

A street named after Vladimir Zhirinovsky, the founder of the Liberal Democratic Party, will appear in the west of Moscow. The corresponding resolution was signed by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin. He announced this in his Telegram channel Chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party, head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Leonid Slutsky.
“Zhirinovsky Street (such is its official name) will go from Nezhinskaya Street along the Setun River Valley in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye area,” Mr. Slutsky informed.
Vladimir Zhirinovsky died April 6th. He was 75 years old. Leonid Slutsky was elected the new leader of the Liberal Democratic Party on May 27.
