Zelensky announced the decision to dismiss all regional heads of military registration and enlistment offices

In Ukraine, all the heads of the regional military commissariats will be fired, their places will be taken by the military, who returned from the front. About it declared President of the country Volodymyr Zelensky in his Telegram channel following the meeting of the National Security and Defense Council.

“We are dismissing all regional “military commissars”,” he wrote. According to him, the recruitment system can be entrusted to those who understand that “cynicism and bribery” – “this is treason.”

Zelensky noted that if the current heads of the military registration and enlistment offices want to keep their shoulder straps, they will have to go to the combat zone.

According to Zelensky, the number of criminal cases initiated against military registration and enlistment office officials has already exceeded 110. 33 people are under suspicion. The Ukrainian leader instructed the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny to implement this decision. Before being appointed to the post, new leaders will be checked by the SBU.

Zelensky also announced new decisions related to the work of military medical commissions. According to him, inspections are now being carried out, and concrete decisions will be made at the meeting of the National Security and Defense Council, which will be held in two weeks.

At the end of June, Zelensky already instructed Zaluzhny should immediately dismiss the head of the Odessa military registration and enlistment office, Yevgeny Borisov, whose corruption, in his words, “the whole country is talking about.” After that, the Ukrainian president instructed to create a commission under the leadership of the First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Pavlyuk, which will check all the military commissars in different regions of the country.
