Zelensky: in case of an unsuccessful offensive, only those who were “not very active” will reduce assistance
If the Ukrainian army fails the planned counteroffensive, then only those countries that “were not very active in supporting Ukraine” will stop helping Kyiv. This statement was made by President Volodymyr Zelensky at a joint press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Berlin.
“In the event of an unsuccessful counter-offensive, only countries that were not very active in supporting Ukraine will reduce assistance to Kyiv,” the head of the Ukrainian state said.
In addition, Zelensky, while answering questions, said that Ukraine was creating a “fighter coalition.” According to him, this will be an association of countries that will be ready to transfer aviation to Kyiv.
On Sunday, May 14, Zelensky is on a visit to Germany. He had already held talks with President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, and later had a conversation with the German Chancellor.
