“Traktor” was defeated in the second game with the Yaroslavl club, now the confrontation will continue on the Chelyabinsk ice.

On Thursday, April 4, the second game in the semi-final series between Chelyabinsk Traktor and Yaroslavl Lokomotiv took place. The match ended with a score of 3:2 in overtime.

One of the reasons for the defeat was that Traktor goalkeeper Zaka Fucale missed the match due to injury. The injury to the Chelyabinsk goalkeeper was caused by Lokomotiv striker Maxim Shalunov, to whom Chelyabinsk residents now have a lot of questions for unsportsmanlike behavior.

Traktor head coach Alexei Zavarukhin, answering a question about his attitude to the situation, suggested paying attention not only to the game moment itself, but also to what followed it. “He sees that our goalie is being carried away by the arms, he didn’t even knock on the ice. He saw it all, just like us. A player gets injured – no call, no apology,” said Zavarukhin.

According to Zavarukhin, Maxim Shalunov’s behavior on the court is no good. “Let him be afraid in Chelyabinsk,” noted the coach of the “tractor drivers.”

As for the game itself, according to Alexey Zavarukhin, in the second game the “tractor drivers” lost undeservedly. The head coach said that he was very proud of his team and promised that when the series with Lokomotiv moves to Chelyabinsk there will be different hockey.

Previously “MK-Chelyabinsk” wrote that Zavarukhin called the nature of the Traktor goalkeeper’s injury a military secret.
