Official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said that all attempts to interfere in Russian affairs during the presidential election process will be doomed to failure.
She clarified that, among other things, all these attempts will have consequences for Western countries.
“Any attempts to interfere in the internal affairs of the Russian Federation, for example, which will occur during the presidential elections, will be doomed. Firstly, it will fail, and secondly, it will come back to haunt the West,” Zakharova emphasized.
