Zakharova advised to involve Theresa May in the investigation of the missile incident in Poland

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, in connection with the fall of a rocket on Poland, recalled the lack of results from the investigation into the explosions at Nord Stream. Thus, the diplomat commented on the statement of the French leader Emmanuel Macron that it is not yet possible to establish those responsible for the incident in Poland.

“And how are things going with the explosion of the SP1 and SP2 gas pipelines, Mr. Emmanuel?” Zakharova wrote in her telegram channel.

And she clarified: “Is it more possible or even less possible to establish those responsible?”

The representative of the Foreign Ministry noted that former British Prime Minister Theresa May at one time did not delay with accusations in such cases – she “quickly identified the perpetrators.”

“By the way, she is not very busy now,” Zakharova said. “You can turn to her for a turbo investigation.”

The diplomat recalled that “the attack on the Skripals using chemical weapons” May “revealed in two days”, which means that “with a rocket and pipes, which, unlike the“ newcomer ”, you can even touch”, the ex-prime minister of Great Britain “will cope promptly”.

On Tuesday, a rocket fell in the village of Przewodow in the Lublin province of Poland. Two people died. The Polish Foreign Ministry claimed that the missile was Russian-made.

At the same time, US President Joe Biden called controversial the allegations that the projectile that fell in Poland was fired from Russia.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation called the statements of the Polish media and officials about the fall of supposedly Russian missiles on the territory of the republic a provocation. They stressed that there were no strikes by Russian weapons near the Ukrainian-Polish border. And the wreckage, the pictures of which were published by the Polish media, have nothing to do with Russian weapons.

And finally, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on Wednesday that preliminary information on this incident indicates that Ukrainian air defense missiles flew into Poland, but NATO has no evidence that this was done deliberately.
