Youth Employment Support Program Developed

The Agency for the Development of Skills and Professions has become the operator of the Youth Employment Assistance program, calculated until 2030 and developed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
As part of the program, a whole series of events will be held aimed at selecting the best employment practices for graduates of secondary vocational educational institutions, assessing the system of interaction between authorities and educational institutions and employers, as well as a competition for the best employment program for young graduates of colleges and universities
As the head of the Agency Robert Urazov noted, for each category of participants in the competition provides for individual nominations, for example, best practices for attracting young people to science-intensive and high-tech areas; employment of orphans; support practices from the educational organization to the workplace.
— Experts will evaluate applications by levels: they will separately analyze the practices of organizations, large corporations, municipal, regional and federal levels. The fight will be fair and fair, and the winners and prize-winners will be determined in each of the listed groups.– clarified by Robert Urazov.
As criteria for evaluating the contestants, it is supposed to use the following: uniqueness and novelty of the idea, compliance with the interests of the target audience, practical results of the idea implementation and the possibility of its replication, compliance with the real needs of the economy.
The All-Russian contest of best practices for youth employment will be held in several stages from September to December. Participants will be able to submit their applications from September 12 to October 11. Then the expert council will evaluate them. The evaluation results will be published on 30 October. At the face-to-face final – it will be held on December 8 – the contestants will publicly present their ideas and answer questions from experts. Then the results of the competition will be announced.
