Hunting for wolves, foxes and jackals in Kuban can be made around the clock

Hunting for wolves, foxes and jackals in the Kuban can be done around the clock, reports the Krasnodar and Krai telegram channel.

The message says that this issue is currently being studied by the regional Ministry of Natural Resources, as well as at the federal level. It is also planned to extend the period of sport and amateur hunting for the above-mentioned animals.

Earlier it was reported that a pack of wolves surrounded a tractor working in a field in one of the districts of the Krasnodar Territory. As for wolves, they have now begun to appear not only in the mountain forest zone, but also in the steppe and floodplain zones, as well as in anthropogenic landscapes.

However, the predators reportedly did not attack people, but domestic animals were attacked. There have also been isolated cases of rabies in predators, which is a particularly dangerous infectious disease for humans and animals. No deaths from rabies have been recorded in the region.
