“Yandex” refused to comment on the statement of the founder of the company Volozh

The Russian transnational corporation in the information technology industry “Yandex” does not consider it possible to comment on the statement of the co-founder and former CEO of this company Arkady Volozh, informs TASS on Thursday, August 10. The press service of the company recalled that the top manager left the organization in 2022.
Earlier Volozh in his circulation told the agency that he is now supporting Russian engineers who have left the country and decided to start a new life abroad. He added that since February 2022, his “story with Yandex is over.” Volozh, who has lived in Israel since 2014, did not support Russia’s conduct of a special military operation.
“We do not consider it possible to comment on the personal statement of Arkady Volozh, who left the company last year,” the press service of the transnational IT corporation told reporters.
Recently, the self-presentation of the ex-general director of Yandex has been discussed in the press. Volozh is listed on his website as an Israeli tech entrepreneur born in Kazakhstan. At the same time, according to the Internet Archive service, our country is mentioned on the website of the Yandex co-founder only in connection with his participation in the creation of the Russian IT distributor CompTek. In self-presentation, Russia is not presented as a field of interesting Volozh.
