Russian-Chinese relations have stood the test of the difficulties of the international situation, and Beijing plans to develop them. This statement was made by the head of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping during the Tenth Dialogue between United Russia and the Chinese Communist Party.

The Chinese leader noted that the world is at a new stage of turbulence and transformation, and under such conditions, relations between Moscow and Beijing were able to overcome trials.

In 2024, the two countries will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic contacts. Xi assured that the Chinese side intends to develop bilateral relations with the Russian Federation in the “spirit of eternal good neighborliness, comprehensive strategic interaction in the interests of the development of the two countries.”
