Wrestlers from Yamal took gold and bronze at the All-Russian tournament in Yeysk

Wrestlers from all-Russian competitions brought two medals home to Yamal, the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug reported on October 10.
“Dmitry Dzhioev won a gold medal in the weight category up to 82 kilograms. Vadim Bogov became the bronze medalist of the tournament in the weight category up to 63 kilos. Athletes are training at the Purovsky regional sports school “Victoria” under the leadership of Soslan and Kazbek Farniev,” the message says.
All-Russian competitions in sports (Greco-Roman) wrestling among men were held from October 6 to 8 in Yeisk. 180 athletes from 24 regions of Russia took part.
Let us remind you that recently wrestlers from the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Kirsan Erdniev and Gleb Kuprin took gold and bronze All-Russian competitions in Perm.
