Wrestlers and boxers from Kirov added to their collections of awards

The XXVIII youth boxing tournament, dedicated to the memory of the absolute champion of the USSR Alexei Yukov, was held in Gomel, the Republic of Belarus. About 60 athletes from various regions of the country and abroad took part in the competition. The students of sports school No. 8 performed with decent results, winning one silver and two bronze medals.
Also recently, Kirov wrestlers, students of Kirov Secondary School No. 4 in the city of Kirov, distinguished themselves. According to the results of the Greco-Roman wrestling competition for students of the Kirov region, athletes from Kirov took the first step of the podium in different weight categories and showed the third result.
Previously Kirov women from the “Union” sports school won the “Cup of Hope” in hockey.
