Edition Wirtualna Polska reported that tourists from Poland complained about the huge number of Russians vacationing in Thailand.
According to the authors of the publication, this year the number of Russians visiting Thailand has increased by more than a thousand percent. It is specified that the island of Phuket is especially popular among the inhabitants of Russia.
“Avoid this place. At the moment, it began to resemble “little Russia”, not Thailand,” one of the Polish tourists noted on social networks.
According to another resident of Poland, a tourist who comes to Phuket can feel like in Moscow. Another tourist said that now there are a large number of “loud and having fun” Russians in the kingdom.
“I was very outraged by the inscriptions in Phuket, which are written in Cyrillic. Among other things, the locals said “hello” to me several times, as they mistake Poles for Russians,” she added.
