The operational headquarters ordered that institutions located outside the 20-kilometer border zone be admitted to full-time and mixed format. To do this, it is necessary to fulfill the requirements for general anti-terrorist security, organization of shelters, and first aid skills for workers.
One of the security measures is the installation of armored film on windows and strengthening the resistance of basement or basement windows with sandbags.
The mayor of the city, Valentin Davidov, reported that there was also a restriction on the simultaneous presence of students at school. At the same time, studies will be organized in 2-3 streams, and the time of classes will be reduced by 5-10 minutes.
According to the mayor, the administration of the city of Belgorod allocated money for the purchase of sand and first-aid kits for institutions.
