Wildberries introduced a large fee for the return of some products

Marketplace Wildberries on Friday confirmed the introduction of a fee in the amount of 1 thousand rubles for the return of certain categories of goods.
“Since last week, a fee of 1,000 rubles has been charged only for the return of goods requiring special transportation conditions,” the company says.
In particular, these are, as explained, “oversized and fragile goods”, which are “only 2%” in the assortment of the marketplace.
Such categories in Wildberries include washing machines, televisions, refrigerators, and other heavy goods. But their delivery and rise to the floor remained free.
So far, as added to the marketplace, such a system is being tested, for this reason, sellers may make mistakes in indicating the dimensions of goods. The support service promises to fix everything promptly.
At the end of May, the marketplace reported that they began to apply a payment for the return delivery service of goods in the amount of 100 rubles for customers with a high share of returns, as well as a low redemption amount.
