In Veliky Novgorod, there was a wild case of bullying by a 12-year-old schoolgirl over an 11-year-old girl from her own school. The offender kept the victim for almost a day in her apartment (it was on the weekend) and bullied her: she shaved her head, tattooed her and pierced her nose and eyebrows. Presumably, some other guys (or girls) could be in the apartment, since, according to the regional prosecutor’s office, the fifth grader was also beaten.
“MK” spoke with the parents and students of the school where the participants in this incident study, and found out the horrifying details about the juvenile “aggressor”.
According to the official statement of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Novgorod Region, “a girl born in 2012 was forcibly kept in a living room by her friend, born in 2011.” “Subsequently, the girl was beaten, shaved baldly, tattooed, her nose pierced and her eyebrows pierced,” the prosecutor’s office cites the details. The department added that an audit is now underway and, based on its results, “the issue of taking measures of the prosecutor’s response will be considered.”
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Veliky Novgorod was already checking the incident, when they received a statement from a local resident that her underage daughter was illegally detained and during the “captivity” “unlawful acts of violence were committed against her.” The police found that on Saturday afternoon, a fifth grader came to visit her friend, with whom they study together. There were no adults in the apartment.
The offender of the fifth grader Lada Valya (the names of both girls have been changed. — Auth.) is in sixth grade. Parents and students of the school describe her as a real monster who “creates horror at school.”
Despite her young age – 12 years old, as Valya’s classmates told MK, she was seen more than once in fights at school, smokes electronic cigarettes, and “previously she mocked animals and was engaged in theft.”
“According to my son, Lada went to spend the night with Valya,” one of the parents, whose child studies at the same school, told MK. – Valya is a very difficult child, in elementary school she stole phones, she was attracted to the police, but she got away with everything. Last year, she robbed the apartment of our friends – their daughter brought her to visit her. Smokes in class, doesn’t listen to anyone! Last year, Valya hit her classmate in the face with a bruise because she stood up for the girl whom Valya offended. She generally offends many children.
“MK” also found out details about the family of a young monster. As it turned out, Valya lives with her grandmother, who constantly disappears at work. Mom, according to the parents of school students, leads an immoral lifestyle and “it is not clear where,” that is, she does not live with them.
– And Valya alone mocked Lada? How could a 12-year-old girl even get a tattoo on someone?
“According to other children, she had some other guys at home,” one of the mothers told MK. – And these are not real tattoos, but more like punctures with an ordinary needle. We don’t know exactly how it happened there. Perhaps Lada was blackmailed to agree to all this, or they took it “weakly”. After this incident with Lada, Valya wrote to some girl that she would also shave her head so that she would walk and be afraid. Valya often threatens children…
“Valya took revenge on Lada because Lada did not want to communicate with her,” one of the older schoolgirls shared with us the version. – Before all this situation, she had more girls at home, but after they left, Valya began to do all this. I don’t know Lada, but in communication she behaves rather modestly. She is so plump… She now wears a wig because Valya shaved her head.
As MK found out, even after the incident when Valya hit a classmate, the parents collected signatures on the transfer of the dangerous student to another school, to which the director told them that “she will not be taken anywhere, even if the parents apply to higher authorities” .
“We don’t understand why the director rushes about with her,” the parents complained to MK. Valya has had behavioral problems since elementary school. She was always taken to the director, and the police came to the school for her soul. We are scared for our children, we don’t know what else she can throw out!”
We asked to comment on this situation – and such young schoolchildren – “aggressors” are also found in other educational institutions – a forensic expert, senior teacher of criminology at the UrGUU named after V.I. V.F. Yakovlev Maxim Matveev:
– The following development of events is most likely: the 12-year-old violator will be registered with the PDN (commission for minors), and the parents (in this case, the mother) will be held administratively liable for improper upbringing of the child. The management of the school and the class teacher, most likely, will also not be left without attention, if indeed there were complaints from the parents before, but proper measures were not taken.
If measures of an educational nature have already been applied to her before and have not yielded results, then the girl can be placed in a special educational and educational institution of a closed type. This will require a decision of the PDN commission and the conclusion of the psychological, medical and pedagogical commission. In addition, the commission on juvenile affairs will have to send a petition to the court to obtain a decision on the forced placement of the child in this institution. This is in the event that her mother does not give voluntary consent to this (if the mother agrees, then she can be placed there from the age of 8, without a trial).
Criminal liability for a 12-year-old child is not provided by law.
