Weather in Moscow: instead of Epiphany frosts there will be a thaw

Epiphany frosts this year seem to have happened earlier than usual, and the coming week will be abnormally warm, with the largest warming being predicted just for January 19th.
According to the Hydrometeorological Center of the Russian Federation, the weather in Moscow will be cloudy all week, light snow is expected from time to time, sometimes turning into rain. Precipitation will stop only by the weekend, but the clouds over the capital are unlikely to dissipate.
In the afternoon of January 16 in Moscow -3..-1°. The same temperature is expected on the night of Tuesday, January 17th. The wind is strong, with gusts up to 15 m/s. During the day it will warm up to 0..2°, while the weather will remain windy.
On Wednesday, January 18, at night, according to forecasts, -1..1°C, in the afternoon 1..3°C. At the same time, during the daytime, the wind will intensify further, its gusts can reach 18 m/s.
Epiphany night can become one of the warmest in January: -2..3° is expected. And in the afternoon on January 19 it will get warmer up to 1..6°. The wind will begin to subside and will blow at a speed of 5-10 m/s. In such weather, doctors recommend that those who are going to take part in Epiphany bathing.
On Friday, January 20, both at night and during the daytime, the temperature will be kept at -3..2°.
On Saturday, January 21, both at night and in the daytime -1..4°, almost windless. And on Sunday, January 22, at night weather forecasters predict a slight cooling, down to -4..1°. During the day in Moscow -2..3°. Precipitation is not expected.
Atmospheric pressure will be within normal limits during the week, but by Sunday it will rise to 764 mmHg, which is 15 points higher than normal.
