Warm and dry: a family from the Tula region talked about switching to blue fuel

At the end of October, as part of the federal program for additional gasification of the village of Gosteevka, Tula Region, the first house was connected to blue fuel

The lucky ones were Alexey and Elena Klok. The family is raising three children and has already enjoyed the delights of a comfortable life. We talk about how the first house in Gosteevka was connected to gas and how much it cost residents to heat the house with electricity in our material.

Up to 25,000 rubles per month for electric heating

The head of the Tula administration Ilya Bespalov, as well as representatives of gas services and utility workers, attended the ceremonial launch of gas.

The Klock family purchased the site in 2019 and built a house 2.5 years ago. In March last year, the family submitted an application for additional gasification. Today gas has been supplied to the house, all the necessary equipment has been installed: a gas boiler and a gas metering device. The couple took advantage of government support measures in the form of compensation for gasification costs.

“We bought land, built a house, submitted an application according to the norms. We agreed on the project, carried out work up to the site, and paid for work inside the site. We installed the equipment, connected everything and turned on the gas. It’s warm with gas, we haven’t seen the bill yet, but I think it will still be much less,” shares Elena Klok. When a family heated their house with electricity, they had to pay 25,000 rubles during the winter months.

Easy and hassle-free procedure

The design of the Klok family’s house involves heating with warm floors. Now that gas is installed in the home, the house will dry faster, and the floors have become much warmer than with electric heating. And this does not take into account the serious savings that the spouses are counting on.

As part of the federal program for additional gasification, a gas pipeline with a length of 133 m was built to the borders of the family’s land plot, and another 25 m was stretched within the borders. The heated area of the home is 150 square meters. m, and the maximum gas consumption is 7 cubic meters. m per hour.

“The procedure was easy, it was straightforward. There were no problems or delays. The team carried out the pipe to the site in a coordinated and short time, and also installed everything in the house in a coordinated and quick manner. If we didn’t have something, they got it themselves. The boiler was recommended, the project was drawn up, and then on to the work stage,” recalls Elena.

Gasification support measures

Since the beginning of the federal program for additional gasification in Tula, more than 800 contracts have been concluded, 573 households already have all the conditions for connecting blue fuel. As part of the program, the construction of gas networks across the region continues.

In addition, the Tula region provides for state support measures for residents – compensation for gasification costs. Part of the costs up to 120 thousand rubles can be compensated by disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War, as well as large and low-income families, participants in a special military operation and a number of other categories.
