Voronezh resident won the All-Russian tournament “Cup of the President of the Taekwondo Union of Russia”

Competitions in which more than 700 athletes from 38 regions of the country took part ended in Cherkessk. According to the results of the competition, 16-year-old Voronezh taekwondoist Alexander Lissitzky in the weight category up to 59 kg won four fights, defeating rivals from Moscow, Rostov-on-Don, Dagestan and St. Petersburg and climbed to the highest step of the podium.
Thanks to this success, the young man confirmed his participation in the Russian championship, which will be held in the Krasnodar Territory in March 2023. Note that earlier Alexander won the gold medal of the Central Federal District championship in Tula.
