State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin reminded Russians of the entry into force in February of a number of laws adopted earlier by parliament.
Among them are the norms regarding the indexation of the mother’s capital, the increase in some social benefits and the admission to universities of children of SVO participants.
In particular, how quotes Volodin’s telegram channel of the State Duma, mother’s capital “will be indexed by 11.9% and will amount to 587 thousand rubles for the first child, 775.6 thousand rubles for the second.”
The Chairman of the State Duma noted that helping families and creating all conditions for the development and upbringing of children is a priority of Russia’s state policy.
Also, the size of some social benefits will increase by 11.9%, in particular – for child care and a one-time allowance for the birth of a child.
Changes in the social sphere will also affect the allocation of housing to those on the waiting list: from February 4, the regional authorities will be able to transfer square meters intended for those discharged from military service to them.
