State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin believes that schools should be transferred from municipal to regional subordination.
On Saturday, in his telegram channel, the politician noted that now schools “relate to the municipal level of government.”
Because of this, problems arise – “the lack of teachers and the condition of the schools themselves.”
According to Volodin, “to solve these problems, responsibility for schools must be raised to the regional level.”
The speaker of the State Duma attached a questionnaire to this post and invited his subscribers to vote “for” or “against” his proposal.
