Ballerina Anastasia Volochkova wrote a statement to the Investigative Committee because of the leak of a video of her intimate dance with Nikita Dzhigurda. She spoke about this on social networks.
Volochkova contacted the department in the city of Krasnogorsk near Moscow.
“Today, my lawyer Roman Popov and I filed an application to bring criminal charges against individuals for collecting and disseminating information about private life. Law enforcement agencies will determine who did this and distributed it,” she wrote.
In a statement, the ex-ballerina emphasized that she did not consent to the collection and publication of information “containing intimate scenes and personal secrets about private life.”
Let us remember that in the scandalous video, Dzhigurda touched Volochkova’s breasts, tried to pull off her bra and kissed her panties. Volochkova accused him of leaking the video, but he denies everything.
