Volochkova spoke about how she cried at her last concert

“At first I sat down on the floor and started crying very loudly. And then I started screaming at everyone.”

Anastasia Volochkova told how her final concert was almost disrupted. The ballerina was in panic for six hours. A proven method helped the dancer out. Only 15 minutes before the start of the performance they laid out a covering made from advertising banners for her.

“I had a real incident,” ballerina Anastasia Volochkova shares with MK. – The ballet cover disappeared, which was lost along with the scenery. Half an hour before the start of the performance, the decorations arrived, but there was still no covering. For my legs, for my pointe shoes, it was, of course, a lot of stress. First I sat down on the floor and started crying very loudly. And then I started screaming at everyone. As a result, the organizers helped out and laid advertising fabric on the stage. I’ll tell you a secret, I learned to dance on banner fabric – the material on which advertising banners are printed, including for political elections. It was brought only 15 minutes before the start of my speech. The performance was sold out; instead of 1,000 people, 2,500 spectators came. I have been inviting my audience to these performances for free for 20 years now. This cover story became the final point of my performance.

– Why did you call it a point, are you retiring from your career?

– No. I’m preparing a new show. And for the last concert they gave me armfuls of flowers, which I could barely fit into the car. But the most touching flowers for me were the little roses that the little participants of the concert gave me one flower at a time. Every rose from every girl was more valuable to me than even the most magnificent bouquet.
