Someone, like the participants of the “naked” party, is trying to temporarily escape from the problems that have arisen, but Anastasia Volochkova follows the usual path. For the 21st time, she went to the Maldives, which she calls nothing less than her summer cottage. Here she is greeted like family, and Nastya feels at home. And, of course, before the ballerina had time to arrive, she published pictures of another Maldivian split in a small swimsuit and caused a stir. “MK” couldn’t miss Volochkov’s visit to the Maldives and found out how she spends her time besides arranging high-profile photo shoots in a bikini.

“It’s amazing to be in such a paradise. I go here twice a year, this is the best dacha, very good. When I arrived at the villa, I had a beautiful arrangement of leaves and flowers laid out on my bed. And they made an inscription from palm leaves: “To the best ballerina on the planet.” I don’t know why they wrote that, because ballerinas are better than me, but, of course, I was pleased with such recognition,” Nastya began her story. – In general, I think that January for me is Volochkov’s month. For me it begins on January 1, with the New Year holiday, then on January 4, name day – the day of the Holy Great Martyr Anastasia the Pattern Maker. January 7th is Christmas, then old New Year, and after Epiphany the next day is my birthday, January 20th. It seems to me that this is where the year begins for my friends, because everyone has time to relax, and people are in a great mood. This is my 21st time in the Maldives, this is a tradition, I have been coming here for 11 years. This time my friends advised me a new place to relax – Ifuru Island. In order to relax, I need solitude. Now everyone on the Internet is freaking out: who did Volochkova go with? Yes, I went alone! I have enough people in Moscow, in my surroundings and during my shows. And I have enough men. So in the Maldives I have a kind of retreat – an opportunity to reboot and just be alone. The Maldives is a place where it doesn’t matter to me what you all write about me. I want to tell my subscribers: friends, if you can’t afford all this, don’t envy so loudly, envy silently. I just deserve it, I rest as I want. Don’t touch me.”

As the ballerina told us, she settled in a villa with a swimming pool and a private green alley.

“This alley protects me from the eyes of others. Many will say that spending time in the Maldives is boring, but I will tell you that it is not boring at all, because when you leave the villa, you immediately plunge into the pool, and then, passing through a green alley, you find yourself in a turquoise-colored ocean. You look around – there are no people nearby, even with the island’s high occupancy,” the star said.

For those who think that Anastasia has nothing to do, Volochkova also told how she spends her time. It turned out that Nastya had to actively interact with flora and fauna.

“Today I asked the maintenance staff to let me ride a tricycle. I don’t know how to ride a bicycle at all, but I thought that I could do it on a three-wheeler, but the attempt was unsuccessful. In general, I’m sitting here in my villa and enjoying life. Little herons walk nearby, flying foxes fly – it’s amazing,” Volochkova said, periodically distracted by the cawing of crows. – The crows are annoying… Stop cawing! I already have enough of them in my life.”

For those who think that Anastasia gets by by communicating with crows and herons, we hasten to reassure: there are people here too.

“I enjoy life and hardly go anywhere. Well, only for breakfast, perhaps. I eat lettuce, arugula, which is amazing here, and poached eggs because it’s a win-win. My assistant Lolochka always cooks soft-boiled eggs for me at home, but I can’t explain to the Maldivians how to cook soft-boiled eggs, because I don’t know how long to boil them,” continues Volochkova. – And today after breakfast I came to the lounge bar where an English family was sitting. We got to talking, and they offered me to jump from a parachute. A woman named Sharon assured me that “this is such a joy”! Can you imagine how it is possible for me, Nastya Volochkova, to jump from a parachute? Moreover, I am afraid to fly on planes; the only direction where I am not afraid to fly is the Maldives. It’s interesting that these people turned out to be from London, where I once lived. I had a contract with the Royal Albert Hall and the English National Ballet. I answered them, they say, friends, I danced there, and you want me to put my legs in danger?

By the way, if we talk about Volochkova’s legs, last year’s visit to the Maldives was marked by a traumatic experience: Volochkova’s leg and joint hurt, and she also tore off a nail, so these bloody pictures circulated on the Internet for a long time. But this time Anastasia hastened to reassure everyone: most likely there will be no drama.

“A year ago I started having very severe pain in the joint, but within a year my doctor Zurab Ordzhonikidze and his team restored everything. I spent a lot of time on all these physical procedures and chiropractors. Now everything is fine, I am preparing for the new working season. But I don’t hide the fact that this is a pain that I have to live with throughout life, but I live with it. I took very few things here, just a couple of shorts, T-shirts, long dresses. I took the rehearsal clothes, but they are in my suitcase, and I don’t even want to take them out. I look at myself in the mirror and see how incredibly slimmer I have become over the past six months. Although, I’ll probably still take out my rehearsal clothes and do some stretching tomorrow. I keep fit in any way,” concluded Anastasia.
