Voenkor Piskunov: “Wagnerites” pushed the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the western outskirts of Artemovsk

RT reporter Alexander Piskunov in his Telegram channel told about the current situation in Aptemovsk (Ukrainian name Bakhmut).
According to him, thanks to the well-coordinated work of the Wagner PMC assault groups and the artillery crews of the Eastern Military District, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are losing their positions in Artyomovsk.
“The enemy has been driven out to the western outskirts of the city … Bad weather is not a hindrance for the artillerymen. When there is no way to correct from the air, the infantrymen transmit data. The firing range of the Tulip allows the crews to keep enemy positions under fire control not only in the city itself, but also on adjacent territory – up to Chasov Yar,” writes the military commander.
Piskunov adds that almost all the roads suitable for movement on the Konstantinovka-Artyomovsk section were destroyed by Russian artillery and spring thaw.
“The defeat of the bridge in the Ivanovsky area made it even more difficult for Ukrainian militants to transport reserves and ammunition. There are fewer and fewer roads along which the Armed Forces of Ukraine can supply their units, which means that it will be harder for the Armed Forces of Ukraine to stay in Artyomovsk,” he sums up.
