Vodnik Arkhangelsk players called up to the Russian national team

Players from Arkhangelsk Vodnik have been called up to the Russian national team to participate in training events. They will be held in Ulyanovsk from October 17 to 23. Five Vodnik players were called up to participate: Maxim Antsiferov, Danil Kuzmin, Arseny Kozlov, Roman Ananin and Mikhail Shirshov.
“Before the start of the Russian Championship, I decided to give Evgeniy Dergaev and several other leading players of the national team a rest,” said the head coach of the Russian national team, Ilyas Khandayev.
As part of the training camp, an International Tournament for the prizes of the Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region will be held, in which, in addition to the Russians, national teams from Kazakhstan, the Ulyanovsk Region and the Republic of Tatarstan will take part.
