As part of the program to stimulate the creation of MPT, a sports complex is being built on Malaya Pochtovaya Street. The construction of reinforced concrete structures began at the facility. After opening, 70 people will be able to work here.
“An agreement on the construction of a sports complex as part of a program to stimulate the creation of work places was signed last year. The developer will invest about 479 million rubles in the implementation of the project,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department.
Ovchinsky added that the investor had already begun the construction of reinforced concrete structures for the future sports complex. The total area of the facility will be over 3,000 square meters.
According to Andrei Tsvet, Vice-President of the Granel Group of Companies, the developer expects a multifaceted effect from the implementation of the project. The sports complex will become not only a source of new jobs, but also an opportunity for Muscovites to engage in physical education close to home.
“Only through the joint efforts of the state and business, it is possible to ensure the comprehensive and most dynamic development of both individual districts of Moscow and the entire metropolis as a whole,” the developer noted.
Recall that the city’s program to stimulate the creation of MPT is designed to provide comprehensive development of new areas. The developer receives financial relief if, during the construction of residential areas, he additionally invests in the construction of social facilities.
