The expansion of sales markets and the flavor range allowed the Moscow Potato company, which manufactures chips, to increase production. From January to April this year, she released 66% more packs than last year during the same time.
“More than 200 enterprises are engaged in food production in Moscow, employing over 50,000 people. The companies produce a wide range of products – from sausages to sweets, as well as constantly expanding the presented product line and increasing production volumes,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
The head of the department specified that in the first four months of this year, Moskovsky Potato produced 4.8 million packs of chips more than in the same period last year.
It should be noted that since the beginning of this year, the company has also added 9 new flavors to the assortment: tomato ketchup, porcini mushrooms, Dijon mustard, pickled cucumbers, sea salt, salted milk mushrooms and others.
According to Sergey Shaposhnikov, head of the company’s regional and export sales department, the brand’s assortment includes 23 flavors. Chips are produced on a flat and corrugated base. You can find them both in retail chains and in stalls. Products are widely represented in all regions of Russia, as well as in Belarus, South Ossetia, Uzbekistan, Armenia and others.
