The Mosprom Center, which provides individual support to the capital’s exporters, is organizing a new business mission. On it, urban industrialists will be able to expand the geography of deliveries to foreign markets by meeting with buyers from Indonesia and Malaysia. Meetings will be held online from 15 to 30 May. Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department, said that applications for participation can be submitted until March 31.
“The business mission is a great opportunity for Moscow industrial companies to expand the geography of deliveries, find new customers, as well as strengthen the position of the capital’s products on the world market and increase its competitiveness,” Ovchinsky said.
The Head of the Department added that in 2022 there was a positive trend in the development of exports to Southeast Asia. Thus, goods of the industrial sector were exported to Indonesia and Malaysia – mechanical equipment, electrical devices, as well as medical equipment and optics. In order to continue effective interaction, the Mosprom Center will conduct a business mission with foreign buyers and distributors in May.
Moscow business should take into account the peculiarity, namely the high demand from Asian partners for various measuring equipment and instruments. Thanks to this, capital firms can claim this niche and increase supplies.
