This year, the capital’s production will expand the line of equipment for chocolatiers and confectioners. Details were revealed by Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department.
“The Kazama enterprise has developed new types of installations for chocolatiers and confectioners. For example, crushers for cocoa beans and ovens for roasting them. Demand for such products is steadily growing against the backdrop of an increase in the volume of food production,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky.
He added that domestic confectionery manufacturers are actively increasing the share of Russian raw materials and equipment. Local components allow for better production planning and stable deliveries.
The line of the enterprise includes machines and products of the full cycle of chocolate production. This includes a full range of equipment from cocoa roasters to chocolate bar molds. Equipment is purchased by more than 60 countries of the world and this list is growing. In this area, the company is assisted by specialists from the Mosprom Center.
“We are seeing strong demand among craft chocolate producers for the company’s developed cocoa bean grinder. The transparent compartments of the equipment make it possible to visually demonstrate the process of crushing and separating cocoa beans,” said Anna Mekhonoshina, commercial director of the company, and explained that it can also be used in a chocolate museum.
