An intersectoral examination center for an independent assessment of the quality of training specialists for employment at the electronics industry enterprises of the Technopolis Moscow economic zone was opened in the capital. It appeared on the basis of the National Research University “MIET”. Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Investment and Industrial Policy Department, spoke in more detail.
“Manufacturers of microcircuits, security systems based on artificial intelligence, chips, semiconductor devices, digital tags need highly qualified specialists with knowledge of modern industry trends and current competencies,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky.
According to the official, the examination center will determine the level of knowledge of university graduates and adjust educational programs based on market needs. Students who have passed the exams will be included in the register of an independent assessment of the qualifications of the NOC.
The Center was organized by NRU MIET, the Council for Professional Qualifications in the Field of Nanotechnologies and Microelectronics, the Council for Professional Qualifications in the Field of Telecommunications, Postal Communications and Radio Engineering, the Association of Higher Educational Institutions of EKB, the Research Institute of Molecular Electronics and JSC Zelenograd Innovation and Technology Center. The examination center will introduce professional standards and industry requirements for the qualification level of young engineers into the MIET education system.
