The direction “Unmanned vehicles in the ITS will be carried out with universities and companies. The corresponding agreement on cooperation in the field of personnel training was signed with 24 partners.

“The development of such a complex and strategically important area as “Unmanned Vehicles” requires the creation of a special educational infrastructure in partnership with highly qualified specialists. Thus, within the framework of the ITS project, we signed an agreement on cooperation with 24 leading companies and universities,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Investment and Industrial Policy Department.

He clarified that the partners will train personnel for the Moscow industry in the field of unmanned control.

Specialists from MISIS, MTUCI, MIPT, MAI and many others will be involved in compiling the course programs. In addition to them, the project will involve highly qualified employees of the manufacturer of civil unmanned helicopters Aeromax, the manufacturer of security systems BG-Optiks, the aircraft manufacturing company Irkut Corporation and others.

As a reminder, within the framework of the XXVI SPIEF, Vladislav Ovchinsky and Natalya Popova, First Deputy General Director of Innopraktika, signed an agreement on cooperation in the development of human resources in the direction of “Unmanned vehicles” based on the ITS.

At the moment, the ITS, launched by the city authorities in 2021, plans to open 9 areas of study.
