An agreement on the reorganization of a large section of the Avtomotornaya industrial zone was concluded between the city and the developer who won the auction.
As a result of the auction, the Moscow company E-Development will act as an investor. She will get a plot of 77 hectares. Now there are only auto repair shops, warehouses and closed enterprises.
“The investor will invest 200 billion rubles in the transformation of the site of the former Avtomotornaya industrial zone. As a result, high-tech industries, public and business and social facilities will appear there, where approximately 10 thousand people will be able to find jobs. The budgetary effect of the project is estimated at 4.4 billion rubles per year,” said Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations.
The territory is limited by Onezhskaya and Avtomotornaya streets, in the future a picturesque landscape may appear here. To do this, it is planned to lay out more than 8 hectares of alleys and squares on the site.
According to the head of the DGI Maxim Gaman, the investor should build high-tech enterprises on the site. Their area will exceed 500 thousand square meters. meters. Objects of education, cultural and leisure activities, healthcare and sports, as well as modern and stylish office buildings will occupy about 170 thousand square meters. meters.
